Questions and answers
Does it work with my sensor?
If it's on the sensors page, yes: 40+ models from 14 brands, over Bluetooth or through the maker's cloud. If yours isn't, request an integration. Meanwhile, Scan a hygrometer reads the values from a photo of any display.
How often are sensors checked in the background?
As often as the phone allows. On iPhone, Bluetooth sensors typically report every 10 to 15 minutes in the background, and cloud sensors are fetched every 15 to 30 minutes. On Android, cloud sensors are fetched about every 15 minutes; set the app's battery usage to Unrestricted for the most reliable readings.
AC Infinity, ThermoPro and VIVOSUN sensors can't be monitored in the background.
How does the free trial work?
Start it in the app: Plus is free for 3 days, then renews at the price the app shows for your country, billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store's subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What happens if I stop Plus?
Your charts, sensors and readings stay on your phone. Extra charts are locked until you subscribe again, the first one goes back to manual input, and background monitoring stops.
Do I need an account?
No, there is no VPD Chart account: charts and readings are stored on your phone, and Plus is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. Cloud sensors use your account with their maker.
